It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha C. Mills (Bumpass, Virginia), who passed away on March 1, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Carter and Anna Blake. She is survived by: her husband James Pettis Mills Jr. (Butch); her children, Cynthia M. Goodman, Linda M Allison (Jeff) and James D. Mills (Cleve); her grandchildren, Renee Goodman, Terry Jo Brown and Heather L Allison; and her great grandchildren, Candace M. Brown, Makayla R. Wall, Melody R. Wall and McKinnly R. Wall.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the "youth group" at Bethany Christian Church, 2402 Bethany Church Rd., Bumpass, VA 23024.
