It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andy Paige Brannan of Bumpass, Virginia, who passed away on February 21, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Leonard Brannan; his stepfather Garland Rowsey; and his brother-in-law Stanley "Jack" Lipscomb, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Brannan; his mother Vivian Rowsey; his siblings, Neena Hayden, T. L. Brannan (Connie) and Scott Brannan (Melissa); and his sisters-in-law, Eunice Lipscomb and Linda Stephens (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces', nephews, and cousins.
