He was predeceased by: his parents, Dodd Propst and Dora Conner Propst; and his sister Kaye Propst Willis. He is survived by: his daughter Olivia (Jason); his grandchildren, Audrey Rose and Willamina Mae Shockey of Olney, Maryland.; his stepmother Betty M (Propst); and also, Donna Hudson (Michael), Sandy Slayton (Marshall) and Darrin Talbott (Dianne).
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hyco Road Ruritan Club.
