He was predeceased by: his father Marshall Charlie Elliott, Sr.; his sister Kimberly Ruth Elliott; and his grandparents, Myrtle, Matt Elliott, Ruth and Robert Oakes.
He is survived by: his mother Joyce Oakes Elliott; his brother Glenn Alan Elliott; his nieces, Rebecca Kay Elliott (Samuel F. Harvey) and Reagan Lynn Elliott (Chris Jones); his great-nephew Aiden Alexander Anderson; and his close friends, Margaret and Larry Hart. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
