It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Scott Cranford of Buffalo Junction, Virginia, born in Rocky Mount, Virginia, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clifton Floyd Cranford; her parents, Arthur Averett Scott and Janie Brown Scott; her children, Kenneth Alan Cranford and Janet Lee Cranford; and her brother Fred Brown Scott.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, John Carrington Cranford (Joanie) of Buffalo Junction and Anne Carlisle Cranford of South Boston; her great grandchildren, Ashton and Colby Cranford; and her nieces, Cheri Budzinski (David) of Chesterfield, Sheila Womack (James) of Virgilina and Alysia Mitchell (Dean) of Charlotte.
