He is survived by: his daughter Eleanor D. Johnson (Bruce) of Atlanta, GA; and his siblings, Samuel Lewis of Clarksville, VA, Alice Ellis, Barbara Paylor, Jessie Ramnath and Beatrice McGlotten. He is also survived by relatives and caring friends.
