He was predeceased by: his parent Freddie Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Doris Ann Burrell Perkins of Buffalo Junction, VA; his sons, James Albert Perkins of Newport News, VA and Bryant Keith Perkins of Buffalo Junction, VA; and his siblings, Abraham Perkins of Halifax, VA, Soloman Perkins of Halifax, VA, Robert Perkins of Richmond, VA, Thelma Glass of Halifax, VA, Catherine Davis of Halifax, VA and Doris Sydnor of Chesapeake. He is also survived by five sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law.
