She is survived by: her husband William Herbert Riggan; her daughters, Wendy Lucas (Mike) and Sharon Spainhour (Randy); her grandsons, Tyler, Christopher, William and Josh; her great grandchildren, Mallory, Kinslee, Kinley, William, Jr., Hazel, Noah, Hope, Jace, Caleb and Clara; her siblings, Brenda Williamson (Gene), Cheryl Newton (Louis), Sanford Bowen (Shirley) and Scott Bowen (Joanne); her sister-in-law Lena Bowen; and her aunt Friend.
