It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Pittman Barwick of Buffalo Junction, Virginia, who passed away on October 11, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Woodberry Pittman. She is survived by: her husband Reverend Rodney Walter Barwick; her children, Terri Horne of Raeford, NC, Rhonda Fann (Donnie) of Dunn, NC, Vikki Childress of Jacksonville, NC and James Anthony Clark (Deborah) of Chase City; and her siblings, Patricia Lee of Houston, TX, Barbara Douglass of Memphis, TN, Clarence Pittman of South Carolina and John R. Pittman of South Carolina. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
