Sandidge Jr.; her husband Monty Allen Hubbard; her sons, Forrest and Jared; her daughter-in-law Crystal; her sisters, Valerie and Melanie; her nieces, Ivy and Jaymie; her nephew Beau; her stepmother Pat; and her niece Barbara Kathleen. She is also survived by her grandchildren, sons, father.
