He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Wilson Smith, Sr. and Clara Mae Wolfe Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Danial Leroy Smith (Jesse) of Covington, Steven Lee Smith (Raymona) of Covington, Kathy Gail Smith (Danny Tucker) of Fincastle and Tracy Leigh Wolfe (Stanley) of Fernandina Beach, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
