He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kennedy and Ruby Kennedy (Jackson); his close friend Mildred Hall; his siblings, David, Earl, Donald, Wreathie, Mildred and Gladys; his adoptive sons, Dickie and Pete Hall; his daughter-in-law Peggy Hall; and his great grandchild Ryan.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Pam Sprouse, Jeannie Eakin (Wayne), Anna Smith (Nick), Peggy Jolly (Zeb), Richard Hall (Nikki), David Hall (JoAnn), Bonnie Tolley (Bobby), Teresa Hess (Mike), Shannon Hall (Crystal) and Amy Byram (Brock); his great grandchildren, Mikie, Laura, Gloria, Samantha, George, Ashley, Brittany, Derek, Kelly, Kaitlyn, Keaton, Nathan, Zoe, Emily, Bridgett, Adam, Dillion, Caleb, Tyler, Hailey, Ethan, Lincoln and Karolina; his great great grandchildren, Tyler, Molly, Jeremiah, Isabelle, Elijah, Carson, Jackson, Callie, Avery, Thomas and Emma Marie; his friends, Tommy and Sharon Humphreys; and his daughter-in-law Fay Hall. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
