He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wilmalee Floyd Mitchell; his parents, Charles Andrew and Melvola Tolley Mitchell; his sister Linda; and his in-laws, Ollie and Clara Bane Floyd.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Green Hill Cemetery (701 W 10th St, Buena Vista, VA 24416).
