He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Waverly Ragland (Sherry) of Buckingham and Crystal Ragland Thibault (Doug) of Yonkers; his granddaughters, Leanne Ragland (Mike) of Lynchburg and Rebecca Ragland (Hunter) of Buckingham; his sisters-in-law, Shirly Krohn, Agnes Snead and Betty Snead; and his sisters, Gail Branch and Madeline Branch.
