She is survived by: her children, Curtis Chapman Jr., Jeavonna Chapman, Kevin Chapman, Teresa Chapman, Karen Rozier and Tracey Johnson. She is also survived by sister, four brothers, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
