We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2020, at the age of 80, Rosalie Cooper (Buckingham, Virginia), born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Lewis Batton and Eleanor Bennawit Batton. She is survived by: her husband Allan Beverly Cooper; her children, Lee Ann Keatts and Derek Keatts; her stepchildren, Gary Cooper, Karen Martindale and Sheila Johnson; and her sister Rose Marie Reynolds. She is also survived by five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great, great-grandchildren and many friends.
