She was predeceased by: her son Bill Witt Bailey; and her granddaughter Elizabeth West. She is survived by: her children, Jack D. Bailey, Jr., Brenda West and Lisa Elgin; her sisters, Florence Banton and Shirley Flowers; and her grandchildren, Chris Bailey, Justin Bailey, Robert Elgin, John Taylor Jr., Steven Elgin, Joshua Bailey, Lucas West, James Miller, Nicole Bailey and Rebekah Bailey. She is also survived by aunt, Frances Call Taylor and many other family and friends.
