He was predeceased by: his parents, Waverly Elwood and Marian Snead Ragland. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Shepherd Ragland; his daughters, Leanne Ragland (Michael Robbins) of Lynchburg and Rebecca Ragland (Hunter Kelly) of Buckingham; his sister Crystal Thibault (Doug) of Nyack; his aunts, Shirley Krohn, Agnes Snead and Betty Snead; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by husband and wife.
