He is survived by: his wife Kay Webb Burke; his son John Christopher (Geeta); his grandson Sean; his stepchildren, Bethany B. Shilan and Bryant J. Burke; his sister Joyce Myers Brown; and his close friends, Ruth, Minnie and Emma Wallace. He is also survived by two nieces; three grandnieces.
