We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2021, at the age of 85, Hilda Hicks of Buckingham, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas H. Catlett and Martha A. Catlett; her husband Linwood N. Hicks; her daughter Lora P. Anderson; and her siblings, Tom Catlett, Burton Catlett, Mary C. Blake, Ethel C. Brent, Nancy C. Coleman, Janet C. Hutchinson, Anna C. Butler, Nellie C. Jenkins and Delma Trower.
She is survived by: her children, Royal Lee Rowe (Pam) and Cindy Lynn Rowe; her grandchildren, Stacie P. Foster and Michael V. Pruett; her great grandchildren, Ariel Renae Foster and Cindy Marie Foster; her siblings, Cornell C. Martin and Irvin H. Catlett; her cousin Bessie Clements; her stepdaughters, Maria Young Maris and Adriana F. Young; and her stepgranddaughter Jessica Leigh Maris. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held later in 2021 when Covid restrictions allow for safe travel.
