He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Phillips and Frances Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Robin Phillips; his children, Leslie Jingluski (John), Hunter Phillips (Margot), Justin Phillips (Paige), Jessica Winfree (Troy) and Austin Phillips (Mary); and his siblings, Len E. Phillips, Keith Phillips, Karen Boitnott and Kim Hensley. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
