He is survived by: his wife Ruby Mae Justus (Hurley) of Hurley, VA; and his children, Darlis Justus of Hurley, VA, Freddie Justus (Sheliah) of Hurley, VA, Helene Justus Clevinger (Steve) of Hurley, VA, Margaret Ann Justus of Hurley, VA, Sabrena Justus of Hurley, VA, Delphia Justus of Hurley, VA, Thelma Justus Lockhart of Wytheville, VA and Clinton Justus (Ruby) of Hurley, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
