She was predeceased by: her father William; her grandmother Riffitt; her son Andy Stiltner; and her siblings, Elmo Osborne, William "Bill" Osborne, Helen Blankenship, Delores Osborne and Alice Osborne.
She is survived by: her husband Allen Stewart Stiltner of Grundy, VA; her children, Allen Stiltner (Debbie) of Harman, VA, Tammy Elswick (Mont) of Grundy, VA and Randy Stiltner (Amy) of Grundy, VA; her daughter-in-law Tavia Stiltner; her grandchildren, Brandon Stiltner, Cody Elswick (Jasmine), Samantha Thompson (Dylan), Danielle Colley (Justin), Shaina Ramey, Austin Elswick (Kirsten), Makayla Stiltner, Parker Jackson and Edward Stiltner; her great grandchildren, Chase Gilbert, Jason Colley, Isabella Gilbert, Brentley Elswick, Dezirae Elswick, Sophia Elswick, Khaos Lookinghorse and Ford Thompson; and her siblings, Jimmy Osborne of Abingdon, VA and Pauline Deel of Lebanon, VA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
