She is survived by: her children, Liz Stiltner (Charlie) of Grundy, Dollie Boyd of Haysi, Jason Caperton of Council, Necole Bowman of Council, Dedra Caperton (Clark Tiller), Richie Bowman (Sandra) of Tazewell and Susan Bowman of Vansant; her close friend Roby Bowman; her grandchildren, Danyell Tisserat (Trevor), Jacob Stiltner (Amber), Joshua Boyd, Dakota Vandyke, Maelee Deel, Devin Duty (Mariah), Ceniabelle Duty, Lyrissia Duty, Matthew Irick and Katie Cornwell; her great grandchildren, Zoey, Pyper, Ian Stiltner, Paisley Boyd and Wyatt Tisserat; her siblings, Jerrell Ratliff, Everett Ratliff, Ronnie Ratliff and Dean Coleman; her close friend Sue Blankenship; and her nephew Marty Ratliff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
