He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" and Georgia Sturgeon Stiltner; his wife Judy Ann Hess-Stiltner; and his siblings, Randolph, Archie, Patton, Gary, Ronnie, Charlie, Don, Dillard, Oscar, McArthur Stiltner, Beulah Bowman (Stiltner), Helen Howard, Gertie Lester and Dorothy Stiltner.
He is survived by: his daughter Inez Elizabeth Colley (Eddie Dean Colley) of Vansant, VA; his sisters, Shirley Smith of Georgia and Delorse Lester of Grundy, VA; his grandchildren, Sara DeAnna Stacy of Grundy, VA, Justin Dean Colley (Danielle) of Grundy, VA and Sunshine Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Preston Sullivan, Sara Beth Colley, Larry Sullivan, Hannah Marie Stiltner, Isabella Grace Stacy and Jason Dean Colley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
