She is survived by: her husband Albert Earnest Horn of Vansant, VA; her son Rickey Allen Horn (Ruth) of Grundy, VA; her daughter-in-law Karen Horn of Vansant, VA; her grandchildren, Jeremy Shane Horn (Morgan) of Ashland, VA, Tasha Lee Horn of Vansant, VA, Shenna Ann Horn Viers (Anthony) of Vansant, VA and Joshua Horn (Jessica) of Vansant, VA; her great grandchildren, Capella Horn of Vansant, VA, Cole Viers of Vansant, VA, Grayson Horn of Ashland, VA, Eisley Horn of Vansant, VA, Evelyn Horn of Ashland, VA and Rosie Horn of Vansant, VA; her sisters, Lois Nelson (Sissy) and Patsy Grey; and her niece Tonya Helton.
