She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Moorman Brewbaker and Helen Booze Brewbaker; her former husband Richard B. Scott; her son Richard Alan Scott; her brother William Brewbaker; and her husband Donald'Donnie'Lee Stinnett.
She is survived by: her daughter Virginia Susan Scott Hudson (Robert) of Reedville, VA; her sister Harriett Francis of Buchanan, VA; her sister-in-law Susan Scott King (Ed) of Millsboro, DE; her grandchildren, Vincent Scott Estes (Olesia) of Norfolk, VA and Virginia Kelly Estes of Reedville, VA; and her great grandchild Virginia Amelia Estes of Norfolk. She is also survived by two nephews and four nieces.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Springwood Baptist Church (88 Cobbs Hill Road, Buchanan, VA).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Binns-Counts Community Development Center, 124 Ritter Circle, McClure, VA 24269 in memory of Sarah Stinnett.
