It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Ann Harmon of Buchanan, Virginia, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Daniels and Berdie Daniels (Johnson); her husband Jackie Harmon; her former husband Verlin Scarberry; her sisters, Geraldine Kinder and Linda Scarberry; and her daughter-in-law Joyce Ann Scarberry.
She is survived by: her children, Thersa Elaine Buech (Kurt) of Grundy, VA, Terry Verlin Scarberry of Grundy, VA and Pam McCracken of Hurley, VA; her grandchildren, Amanda Shafer (Josh) of Grundy, VA, Shannon Scarberry (Amanda) of Grundy, VA, Jennifer Dotson of Wheelersburg, OH and Candes Dotson of Mobile; her great grandchildren, Hayden Shafer, Brennan Shafer, Kyndal Shafer and Ted Daniels of Hurley, VA; her half-brothers, Larry Justus, Steve Justus and Jeff Justus; and her niece Wanda Scarberry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
