She was predeceased by: her parent Charlie Matney. She is survived by: her parent Rosie Matney (McCoy) of Hurley, VA; her spouse Gary Runyon of Grundy, VA; her daughter Emily Skeens of Radford, VA; and her siblings, Rebecca Matney of Hurley, VA and Frankie Lester of West Virginia. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
