With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Naomi Slone Taylor of Buchanan, Virginia, born in Grundy, Virginia, who passed away on December 12, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buddy Slone and Alice Slone (McClanahan); and her sister Kimberly Ann Slone Justice. She is survived by: her children, Tangie Scarberry (Andy) of Big Rock, VA and Ned Taylor Jr. of Hurley, VA; her former husband Ned Taylor Sr. of Slate Creek, VA; her grandsons, Tyler Scarberry, Hunter Scarberry and Andrew Scarberry; her brothers, Jimmy Slone (Roberta), Richard Slone (Pam), Ronald Slone (Tammy) and Elvis Slone (Darlene); and her brother-in-law Timothy Justice. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
