He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Shorter Baker; his children, Brian Baker (Angela) of Blue Ridge, Christopher Baker (Jodi) of Hague, Virginia, Jolane Flanagan of Roanoke and Debra Overbay (Jason) of Troutville; his grandchildren, Jenna Flanagan, Mariah Simmons (Austin), Linsey Baker, Faith Overbay and Noell Overbay; and his great grandchild Kolton Simmons.
