He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Justus and Goldie Justus (Wallace); his wife Fern Justus (Scarberry); and his son Richard "Wire" Justus. He is survived by: his son Herbert Justus (Pamela S.) of Lebanon, VA; his grandsons, Michael Justus (Ashley) of Lebanon, VA and Aaron Justus (Kandi) of Lebanon, VA; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Blake and Aryanna Justus; and his sisters, Magaline Coleman of Radford, VA and Cora Charles of Hurley, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
