He was predeceased by: his parent Ballard Tester; his wife Ocie Tester; and his brothers, Rufus Tester and Darrell Tester. He is survived by: his parent Audrey Tester (Prater); and his great grandchildren, Noah, Gavin, Camryn Ratliff, Jake, Luke, Cade Estep, Owen Wampler, Ainsley Wampler, Ean, Olivia and Reagan Baker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
