He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin Keen (Tootie) and Rema Ownbey Keen; his wife Vivian Wright Keen; his children, Rema (Susan) of Abingdon, VA and Kelley Mackey (Tom) of Council, VA.; his grandsons, Luke Mackey of Council, Ty Mackey of Council and Levi Mackey of Council; his siblings, Nancy Keen Short (late Dave) of Garden Creek, Rebecca Mullins (Joe) of Hickory, NC. and Gary; and his aunt Inez Fletcher.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made in J.E.'s name to Home Nursing Care and Hospice, Council Elementary School or to a charity which holds special meaning to you.
