He is survived by: his mother Margaret Stiltner (Dotson) of Big Rock, VA; his wife Shelia Scarberry (Duty); his son Justin Heath Scarberry; his siblings, Paula Scarberry of Big Rock, VA, Alice Scarberry of Big Rock, VA and Kenneth Paul Scarberry; and his close friends, Melanie and Joe Waynick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
