He was predeceased by: his parent Carl Frank Stacy; and his sister Beverly Smith. He is survived by: his parent Phyllis Stacy (Charles) of Hurley, VA; his significant other Jane Justus of Hurley, VA.; and also, Carla Honaker (Scott) of Richlands, VA, Teresa Kennedy of Keen Mountain, VA and Greg Stacy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
