He is survived by: his parent Ollie Perkins (Keen); his spouse Shirley Perkins (Cook); his son Roger Wayne Perkins of Vansant, VA; and also, Evelue Cox (Presley), Jerry D. Perkins (Betty) of Leemaster, VA, Jackie D. Perkins (Joyce) of Abingdon, VA, Clayton K. Perkins (Audrey Ann) of Vansant, VA, JoeAnn Compton of Fairfax, VA and Audrey Harris (Kenneth) of Bandy, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
