He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Dickey and Elliot Dickey; his parents-in-law, Louisa and Roscoe O'Quinn; his siblings-in-law, Connie Dickey, Bill Owens, Eddie O'Quinn and Jim Wallace; his nephew Jason O'Quinn; and his pet Maggie Mae.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his siblings, Regina "Giner" Belcher, Larry and Danny Dickey (Lonna); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer "JD" Werling (Josh), Heather Anderson (Scott), Selena Dickey, Pam Fultz (Bode), Jennifer Honaker (Scott), Michele Tousignant (Brad), Jeff "Puff" Owens (Jennifer), Shawn Coppins and Cody O'Quinn; his close friend Suzie Matney; his grandchildren, Fredrick Chase "Lil Fred" "Bozo" Stiltner and Piper "Lil Sybbie"; and also Nicole "Poo" Stiltner (Brandon).
