He is survived by: his parent Nancy "Nan" Stevens O'Quinn; his son Kenneth Ray O'Quinn of Spotsylvania, VA; his grandchildren, Kenneth Ray, June Bug, O'Quinn Jr. of Virginia, Edward Allen Horn Jr. of Swords Creek, VA and Melonie Horn of Swords Creek, VA; and his siblings, Amie Lou O'Quinn Widener (Sam) of Bristol, VA, Freddie Bernard O'Quinn (Betty) of Vansant, VA and Leon O'Quinn (Samma) of Lebanon, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
