He was predeceased by: his parents, Kemper Mullins and Ollie Mullins; and his siblings, Clyde Mullins, Paul Mullins, Franklin Roosevelt Fuller, Imogene Mullins, Martha Mullins, Marie Fuller and Thelma Ruth Fuller.
He is survived by: his brothers, James Robert Lee Fuller of Vansant, VA and Howard Mullins of Corbin, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
