It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Granville Hamlett of Brookneal, Virginia, born in Roxboro, North Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Holt Hamlett; his parents, Roger William Hamlett and Copeland Mason Hamlett; and his brother Curtis Hamlett. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Dickerson of Brookneal, Rickie Hamlett (Lynn) of Richmond and Steve Hamlett (Joni) of Lynchburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
