He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Mitchell and Pency Barksdale Waller; his daughters, Betty Sue Waller and Rachel Waller; and his granddaughter Christina Morris.
He is survived by: his wife June; his daughters, Christy Elder (James) of Nathalie, Shelby Monroe (Danny) of Gladys and Marie Morris (Doug) of Phenix; his grandchildren, Cooper Elder, Jackson Elder, Amy Monroe, Devin Monroe, Ashley Morris, Brendan Morris and Brett Morris; his sister Helen Wooldridge of Lynchburg; and his close friends, Stacy Tingen and Ericka Walker.
