He is survived by: his wife Libby Powell Hamilton; his mother Betty Hamilton Branham; his son Melvin Lewis Smith; his stepdaughters, Amanda Guthrie, Rhonda Womack and Wanda Womack; and his siblings, Robert Branham, Larry Branham, Colonel Branham, Kager Johns, Ricky Johns, Elizabeth Hockenberry, Rosa Verdinella, Karen Shores and Esther Johns. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
