She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Thomas and Malissa Crews Wilburn; her husband Cecil L. Hendren; and her sisters, Byeanna W. Henderson, Alice Lee Christian and Helen W. Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce H. Jones (George) of Brookneal, Virginia and Shirley H. Scott (John) of Brookneal, Virginia; her grandchildren, Clinton Neal Jones and Celia Ellen Jones of Henrico, Virginia; and her sister Maymie W. Keys of Lynchburg, Virginia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
