He was predeceased by: his parents, George Willie Mann and Susie Monroe Mann; and his brothers, Russell Edward Mann and William Kenneth Mann. He is survived by: his sisters, Pat M. Hamlette (Larry), Carolyn M. Brown and Rachel Mann; and his close friend Shelia Moorman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
