He is survived by: his wife Betty Bray Lipscomb; his children, Bonnie Lipscomb (Penny) of Richmond, VA and Bruce Lipscomb (Jackie) of Wake Forest, NC; his grandchildren, Brooke Lipscomb of Charlotte, NC and Blake Lipscomb of Raleigh, NC; and his siblings, Marvin Lipscomb (Linda) of Phenix, Mary Dinkle of Hurt and David Lipscomb (Robin) of Lynchburg. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
