He is survived by: his children, Dean Allen Neighbors of Fayetteville, NC and Stacy Lynn Neighbors of South Boston; his siblings, Judy Ward of Brookneal, Patricia Wilson (Bossy) of Brookneal, Wanda Crews (Jimmy) of Brookneal and Lee Roy Neighbors, Jr. of Rustburg; his aunt June Mosbrook (Guy); his uncle Arthur J. Neighbors (Andrea); and his friend Laura Triplett. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
