She is survived by: her husband Rev. John Smith; her father Richard H. Clark; her children, Dominique Smith and Nicole Reid (Andre); her grandchildren, Na'Jayla White and Nehemiah White; her siblings, Leslie Clark (Debreta), Charles Clark (Patricia) and Robert Clark; her aunts and uncles, Earl Clark (Velma), Dewey Bolling, Minnie Clark, Dora Rose, Lucille Hancock, Gloria Ghoston, Dorothy Booth (Leroy), Cora Pannell, Elaine Clark and Mary Ferrell; her mother-in-law Ollie Smith; her siblings-in-law, Virginia Brogden, Katie Gaines, Anna Yuille, Barbara Garrett (Van), Mary Reggans (Kevin), Denise Smith-Perry, Roger Smith (Tammy), Michael Smith and Thomas Smith; her cousin Iris Allen; and her friends, Dorothy Miller and Delilah Cato. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service (304 Lusardi Dr, Brookneal, VA 24528). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Nazareth Baptist Church (2840 Midway Rd, Phenix, VA 23959). A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the Nazareth Baptist Church Cemetery (2840 Midway Rd, Phenix, VA 23959).
