He is survived by: his children, Jimmie Pannell (Angelia) of Lynchburg, Tyissha Pannell of Lynchburg, Jamel Pannell of Lynchburg, Dwayne Pannell of Brookneal, Christopher Pannell (Jennifer) of Rustburg, Kimberly Pannell of Gladys, Charles Pannell of Gladys and Virginia Pannell (RG) of Lula, GA; his grandchildren, La'Darius, Delanee, Kamrius, Carson, Calvin, Kacee, Colby, Josie, Ja'Zyiah, Jazmyne, Jamel, Jr. and Keyshira; his siblings, Hazel Broggin of Madison Heights, Rose Venable (Earl) of Phenix, Bessie Broggin of Gladys, Georgia Broggin of Brookneal, Delores Broggin (Earl) of Lynchburg, Deatrice Broggin of Lynchburg, Ondria Broggin of Lynchburg, Franklin Broggin of Harrisburg, PA, Warren Broggin (Celia) of Lynchburg, John Broggin, Jr. of Brookneal, Larry Broggin (Florence) of Brookneal, Jasper Broggin of Brookneal and Richard Broggin (Annette) of Brookneal; and his close friend Denise Wheeler.
