She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Capps and Rosa Capps; her husband William Lewis Brewer; her grandchildren, Joe Seward, III and Tammy Seward; her great great grandchild Courtney Seward; and her siblings, Jessie, Howard, John Capps, Virginia Shearin, Lillian Clary and Jo Anne Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Brewer (Terri) and Joyce Brewer; her grandchildren, Patricia Bagwell, Jamie Seward and Bryant Brewer; and her siblings, Velma Perkins, Doris Colbert, Charlie Capps and Franklin "Big Boy" Capps. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
